same company as the fixed-route public transportation except they offer curb-to-curb transportation. You do have to apply and complete a phone interview to determine whether the client meets the criteria. It is a 2-part application - one for the patient to complete and the other for the doctor to complete. You will submit both to MTS when the forms are complete. The process and application is on their website

They work with Ride Share apps (such as Uber and Lyft) and you do pay for the full cost of the transport plus a fee (monthly or mileage) but the rider does not need a smart phone as the ride is coordinated and monitored by their customer service agents. This is the most costly but most reliable option.
